Langlois
Crémant de Loire Brut Rosé NV
Loire Valley, France
Crémant de Loire Brut Rosé NV is a blend of 70% Cabernet Franc and 30% Pinot Noir. This bright and juicy Crémant is hand crafted with the same process and attention to detail as the best Champagne, with only the first pressed (“cuvée”) juice used and 18 months aging on the lees to preserve freshness and color. The beautiful color is achieved from a 12-15 hour skin contact.
VINEYARD
Langlois owns and manages 175 acres of the best AOC vineyards in the Loire Valley. For their Crémants they have an intensely terroir-focused approach of drawing the best characteristics from 6 distinct vineyard areas and soil types in order to create complex and refined wines. The Crémant Rosé is hand-picked from 2 specific terroirs with chalky-clay soils perfectly suited to Cabernet Franc. Langlois maintains a sustainable approach to vineyard management and holds the “Terra Vitis” certification.
WINEMAKING
Pressed a few hours after it was hand-harvested, this wine spends 12-15 hours on the skins to impart its beautiful color. Vinified by variety in stainless steel, the wine is blended and bottled before its secondary fermentation. After at least 18 months on the lees, the wine is disgorged and topped up with a dosage of 14g/L.

"Fresh, lively, and fruit forward"
Jeb Dunnuck - August 9, 2018 “The NV Crement de Loire Brut Rosé is even better. Made completely from Cabernet Franc aged 18 months on lees in bottle, this bright, juicy, delicious rosé sports a pink/salmon color as well as classic notes of strawberries, cherries, and flowers. It’s fresh, lively, and fruit forward, and perfect for drinking over the coming year or two.” - Jeb Dunnuck
"A bright, lively fizz"
Decanter - May 7, 2020
“Langlois-Château is part of the Bollinger stable, so you know you're guaranteed a quality fizz here. Made from Cabernet Franc, it's full of juicy redcurrant fruit, ripe red apple acidity and a creamy, strawberry yoghurt length. A bright, lively fizz that would transition well from balcony aperitif to the dinner table."

Cadence Extra Brut
Loire Valley
Grapes are hand harvested at perfect maturity to explore the full complexity of the Chenin’s aromas while keeping its freshness. Langlois' requirements are beyond the appellation : Light pressing in pneumatic presses, aged for a minimum of five years on the lees, compared with 12 months for typical Crémant (and 15 months for Champagne).
