Food & Wine’s Ray Isle joined the hosts of CNBC’s Squawk Box to discuss top sparklers to ring in 2022 with, including Champagne Bollinger R.D. 2007.
Ray introduced Bollinger R.D. as one of his favorite champagnes, and offered context as to what its name, “recently disgorged,” stands for and what makes this wine extremely special. For viewers unfamiliar with Bollinger or this prestige cuvée, he categorized it as an alternative to vintage Dom Perignon or Cristal.
